From seasonal seafood to premium Japanese black beef, Kawachi duck, and Tamba jidori chicken, only ingredients personally selected by the owner as “truly delicious” are used. Each dish is carefully prepared according to the season’s ingredients. Robatayaki and irori-style grilling
ROBI HACHI carefully prepares ingredients personally approved by the owner, including seafood, seasonal vegetables, Japanese black beef, Kawachi duck, and Tamba jidori chicken, using robatayaki techniques. In particular, the “irori-style grilling” slowly cooks ingredients next to charcoal, sealing in moisture while creating a fragrant, roasted finish. Enjoy the deep sweetness and umami infused with the aroma of charcoal.

To deepen the aftertaste of the cuisine, the restaurant also places great emphasis on sake. Around six carefully selected labels are always available, mainly dry varieties rich in umami, designed to enhance sashimi, robatayaki, and charcoal-grilled meat dishes. In addition to sake, wines that pair well with meat dishes are also offered.

We primarily offers an “omakase course” so guests can enjoy the day’s freshest ingredients prepared in the most suitable way. Seasonal seafood, carefully selected meats, and seasonal dishes are prepared through grilling, searing, simmering, and other techniques that highlight the natural flavor of the ingredients. Course prices are approximately ¥8,800 (tax included), ¥11,000 (tax included), and ¥13,200 (tax included). Allergies and ingredient preferences are also confirmed at the time of reservation to provide a personalized dining experience.
